(Sorry folks, we are still not ready to transition to on-line submission and payment.)

The deadline for emailed submissions will be  March 22, 2012

Assistance will be provided at Hilo Photography Club meetings for members (hilophotoclub.org) needing assistance with any of these processes.

At the February and March Hilo Photography Club meetings, Expo representatives will be able to assist you with your entries, if necessary.  You may bring your images on CD/DVD, memory stick or CF/SD card.  Please bring your check and completed entry form.

Our juror will select approximately 100 of these entries for the Expo Exhibit.

On or before April 16th, you will be informed which of your images have been selected for the show.  If selected, you must have your entry(s) printed and framed for submission on Saturday, June 2nd. 2012.

The juror will award prizes based on the framed images hanging at Wailoa Center.

The submitted print must be a reasonably accurate representation of the digital image selected.  Any substantive differences between the digital and print submissions may be grounds for rejection.
